New Super Smash Bros. Ultimate amiibo Include Sephiroth, Minecraft Alex, & More

In the latest Super Smash Bros. live stream, Nintendo announced several new amiibo, including figures for Sephiroth, Minecraft Alex, and Kazuya.

Today’s Super Smash Bros. live stream saw Nintendo unveil several new amiibo, with figures confirmed for the likes of Final Fantasy’s Sephiroth, Minecraft Alex, and Kazuya of Street Fighter fame. The special broadcast in question featured a whole host of news for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate; the most notable piece of information centered around the final DLC fighter – Kingdom Hearts‘ Sora.

Sora will join the fray as the last character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s Fighter Pass Vol. 2. Players can expect the Keyblade wielder to hit the battlefield in just a couple of weeks on October 18. But that’s not all Smash fans have to look forward to in the weeks and months ahead. Before SSBU Director and series creator Masahiro Sakurai closed out the title’s final Direct, he let loose the first details about a few upcoming amiibo figures. Needless to say, collectors won’t be displeased.
