During the chaos of Facebook and Instagram going dark, the Twitter account behind Amazon Prime’s hit TV series, The Boys shared a hilarious meme.

The Twitter account behind the TV series The Boys has shared a hilarious meme following the global Facebook and Instagram outage. Amazon Prime’s hit series puts a spin on the classic superhero trope and gives viewers a glimpse of a modern world where these ‘heroes’ are simply used as a distraction to hide the corruption that lies beneath. Having just wrapped on season 3, the series will see the return of the vigilante group, The Boys, in their attempt to try and take them down Vought International once and for all.

The series, which was created by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, features an insane amount of violence and dark humor that tends to push the envelope in many aspects. The show stars Karl Urban and Jack Quaid, alongside a standout cast including the likes of Anthony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Karen Fukuhara, Jessie Usher, and Chace Crawford to name just a few. Season 3 will introduce fans to a new hero, Soldier Boy, played by Supernatural‘s Jensen Ackles, as well expanding Claudia Doumit’s role as congresswoman Victoria Neuman, who was revealed to have a rather intense head-exploding ability in the final moments of season 2.
